Invoice Studio: design your own invoice

Fill in your business, your customer and what you sold. The page on the right updates as you type, and the Design tab changes its colors, fonts and layout.

What goes on an invoice

  • Your business name, address and tax ID
  • The customer's name and address
  • An invoice number and date
  • A due date and payment terms
  • Each item with quantity, rate and tax
  • Subtotal, tax and the total to pay
  • How to pay: bank details, UPI or a payment link

When to send an invoice

An invoice asks for payment after you have delivered goods or finished work. It is the record both sides keep for their accounts.

If the customer has not agreed to the price yet, send a quotation or an estimate first. Once they pay, a receipt confirms it.

Questions

Can I reuse my design?
Yes. Save your business details and design as a template once, and every new document starts from it.
What does it cost?
Creating, designing and saving documents is free and needs no account. The clean PDF, without the preview watermark, will be a paid download. Payment is not switched on yet, so that download is not available today.
Where is my document stored?
In this browser, on this device. Nothing is uploaded to an account. If you clear the browser's site data, the saved documents go with it.
