Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Software Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a premium plan on OwnInvoice, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.
2. Payment Gateway Transactions
Important: OwnInvoice provides an integration feature that allows sellers to collect payments from buyers using Razorpay. OwnInvoice does NOT process, hold, or touch these funds.
Any disputes, refunds, or cancellations regarding payments made between a Buyer and a Seller using our payment links must be resolved directly between the Buyer and the Seller. OwnInvoice is not responsible for issuing refunds for transactions processed on behalf of third-party merchants.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using your premium subscription, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will evaluate refund requests for technical failures on a case-by-case basis.
