2. Service Description
OwnInvoice provides a software application designed to generate, manage, and share GST-compliant invoices. The accuracy of the data entered, tax calculations, and compliance with local tax laws remains the sole responsibility of the user.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when generating invoices.
4. Local Data Storage
OwnInvoice utilizes your browser's local storage to save your data by default. You are responsible for backing up your own data. We are not liable for any data loss that occurs due to browser cache clearing, device failure, or software bugs.
5. Payment Gateway Processing
If you use our integration to collect payments via Razorpay, you agree to abide by Razorpay's Terms of Service. OwnInvoice acts merely as a technological facilitator and does not hold, process, or guarantee the settlement of funds.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
